Shipping Information:

On orders under $1,000 we charge 15% of the order total.

Orders over $1,000 ship White Glove Classic for free in the continental USA, this week only!

All orders ship White Glove Classic unless upgraded. White Glove Classic is a 2 men threshold or first dry storage area delivery.

White Glove Gold is an inside delivery in the room of your choice, unpacking and removal of debris. This service is an additional $75

White Glove Platinum is an inside delivery in the room of your choice, unpacking and assembling of the piece(s) and removal of debris. This service is an additional $125.

If you change the delivery method during delivery, this upgrade will be billed to you accordingly. For example if the delivery method is Classic White Glove but you asked the delivery team to place, unpack and remove packaging material, we will bill you $75 for the White Glove Gold upgrade.

At La Place USA Interiors, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 866-747-8327 within 7 days.

All items carry a 14 day money back guarantee. If for what ever reason you are not totally satisfied with your merchandise, just ship it back and we will credit your account. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you would like to return your furniture after these 14 days we will charge a 15% restocking fee. After 1 month you cannot return your furniture and the sale becomes final.

Orders can be cancelled before items are shipped. If an order is cancelled after we shipped it, we will deduct all incurred shipping costs (both ways) from the refund.

We will charge local sales tax for customers in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida since we operate retail locations in these states.

We warrant our products against defects for 1 year after purchase.

We only warrant our products for consumer use, Warranty does not apply to commercial use of our furniture, unless agreed in writing.

In the event of a warranty issue, a full description of the issue will need to be submitted by email along with pictures of the described issue. Once these two items have been received we will then be able to address the issue for you.

Defective pieces will need to be returned to our warehouse in Foley, Al. Shipping cost need to be paid by customer. La Place USA Interiors will repair or replace your piece when it is still in the warranty period.

Wood is a living material that continues to respond to changes in climate condition, even after being made into a piece of furniture. Due to these changes and the handmade nature of our furniture, small imperfections may occur. These Imperfections will not effect the structural integrity of your furniture but enhances the natural beauty and character of the piece. Also, due to the handmade nature of our products, dimensions and color may slightly differ from the specifications on our web site.

These small Imperfections are to be expected and are not covered under warranty.

Orders not shipping inside the contiguous 48 states have different rates. Please contact us to receive a rate quote for your address if it is outside of the contiguous 48 states. If we are able to ship to the address a rate will be given to you. In these cases, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if necessary.
